“My grandmother always said, that there must be a mistake made in every carpet, to remind us that we are only human. She spent her whole life weaving carpets, which she learned from her mother - a fact I accidentally discovered. Entangled by this unexpected tie to weaving, I created a collection of carpets that continues my grandmother's story and tells one of my own.” 

That rug really tied the room together is an installation conceived as a curated walk through memories. The project stems from a personal journey of discovering weaving as a technique for creating new spatial and material typologies. It reflects on the carpet as the key element of the domestic interior and challenges its traditional role as simple floor covering. The project aims to highlight women’s crucial, but often invisible, role in preserving and modernising this craft. Each hand-woven carpet examines weaving's dual nature - the strict mathematical and intuitive playful qualities that coexist together. By working with reused textiles and weaving, the installation celebrates slow and traditional ways of making and ancestral wisdom passed on through generations.

(Re)collecting est une machine documentaliste et archiviste installée dans l'espace public, allant à la rencontre des passants. Elle leur propose de partager avec elle un souvenir : les participants sont invités à écrire celui-ci sur une carte en précisant le lieu et en restant anonymes, puis ils.elles la glissent dans la machine. Cette dernière imprime ensuite un reçu, une preuve de communication basée sur ce qui vient de lui être partagé, tout en piochant dans la base de données constituée des autres anecdotes récoltées, puis en les intégrant à la réponse afin de créer du lien entre les lieux, les passants et ce qu'ils y ont vécu. Cette installation interactive cherche à créer un contact indirect mais tangible entre les participants ainsi qu'à raconter l'histoire d'une ville ou d'un endroit par le biais de ceux et celles qui en ont fait l'expérience.

La réutilisation des parkings souterrains est essentielle face aux défis urbains contemporains et à la densification urbaine. Souvent sous-exploités, ces espaces offrent un potentiel d'exploration pour répondre aux besoins changeants des habitant.e.s. 

-1 métamorphose le parking de Blavignac en un espace culturel, où ont lieu des performances, des concerts intimes, des danses, des expositions, des pièces de théâtre ainsi que d’autres formes d’art vivant.
Cet espace se révèle au niveau de la place publique par un élément signalétique : un disque en aluminium inclinable, qui, lorsqu'il est ouvert, indique et dévoile une activité souterraine par son ouverture de 5,75 mètres dans la dalle. Sa surface réfléchissante capte la lumière naturelle ou artificielle pour la refléter dans le sous-sol. Structuré par une trame de poteaux, ce lieu devient un terrain propice à l’exploration, se déclinant en trois actes : l’entrée par la rampe, les loges et l’espace scénique.

pour créer un guide pratique destiné à la création de caractères.
Ce guide, sous forme d'un classeur A5, est facilement transportable et présente une
mise en page simple et directe pour faciliter la compréhension de son contenu.
Ce classeur s'adresse aux étudiant.e.x.s en design passionné.e.x.s de typographie
ainsi qu'aux typographes professionnel.le.x.s curieu.x.ses de sortir de leur routine
pour trouver une nouvelle inspiration.
Je propose 11 approches pour la création de caractères, permettant de découvrir
diverses méthodes et de stimuler la créativité pour de futures créations.
Il a été conçu pour durer dans le temps et il permet de répéter chacune des ap-
proches en utilisant différents types de grilles, d’images ou d’outils. Il n’y a pas de
bonne ou de mauvaise manière de procéder ; l'objectif est de faciliter l'inspiration et
de promouvoir la découverte de diverses techniques pour la création de caractères.

C'est un jeu de langage inscrit dans une logique d'associations d'images et de nouvelles idées, dans lequel les joueureuses doivent coopérer, pour s'exprimer contre la censure et arriver à leur but. En 2222 le gouvernement a mis en place un système de restriction de l'accès au savoir à l'aide d'un appareil nommé le Mnêmokratus. Celui-ci attribue deux champs de connaissances à chaque citoyen·ne, le limitant ainsi dans son champ lexical et lui donnant alors une fonction qu'iel devra éternellement satisfaire. Ce dispositif est une critique de la reproduction des classes. Les joueureuses luttent contre ce système, en incarnant des rebelles qui doivent co-écrire un journal résistant.

Une simplification de ces derniers, alors dépourvut de leurs ornements afin de valoriser la simplicité. 3piphany permet la réinterprétation de ces objets, pour la plupart anciens de plusieurs siècles, en une forme bien plus personnelle & actuelle.

My collection is inspired by my hometown, Fujian province in China, where women have to undergo a ritual during their wedding in order to protect their future husband. She is made to wear red clothes, a black scarf and a red towel over her face, and a big disc like hat with a pointy head. She has to walk over a fire brazier helped by three older married women. You could think of this ritual as a game devised by patriarchy, a game in which women are passive objects and are subjected to violence and discipline. I don’t agree with the vision of women this traditional wedding ritual implies. So I decided to redirect or hack this rituals to make it my own. I don’t want to abide by the archetype of the perfect woman, I am an assertive and sensible woman.

Ce projet « Adieu bientôt » aborde ma relation à ma propre mort, ces interrogations à propos d’un départ soudain m’ont mené à vouloir l’organiser. Cette installation immersive explore des définitions multiples de la mort, tant celle du corps, qu’une approche symbolique avec des concepts de cycles.
A travers cette oeuvre je questionne notre perception du temps, la relation au présent et à l’entourage actuel. Ces pensées à propos de ma mort sont présentes depuis l’enfance, tant mon enterrement que les questionnements sur les réactions de mes proches, j’ai alors voulu l’organiser pour créer un processus de passage, dans lequel je fais un bilan et termine une cycle. Les différents éléments présents soulignent ce qui reste, ce que je veux laisser de moi et aux autres. Il y a un parallèle avec ma pratique de la photographie, j’y recherche une place de recenseuse de mémoires et souvenirs. 
L’idée de communier autour de quelqu’un.e.x. est aussi une invitation à se questionner sur le présent et une fin soudaine, dans la continuité de faire un bilan. Les éditions représentent des parties de moi, ces bouts de peluches ramènent à l’enfance et une vision du temps sur l’instantané. Les extraits de lettres d’adieu à mon entourage reflètent le désir d’apprécier la valeur du lien avant sa perte. La démonstration et diffusion de ces éditions complètent la fin d’un cycle pour moi et commencent un nouveau avec les personnes qui en possède une.

This collection was inspired by my ten years at a Christian school and my journey of healing through misbehavior. It draws from the strict and old-fashioned attitudes of the students, who were taught the pitfalls of naughty behavior and the rewards of good conduct. Influenced by the outrageousness of the club kids and a playful irreverence towards the father figure of the Lord, this collection portrays mischievous teenage misfits who reject the traditional values imposed by their constrictive uniforms. They wander through life, escaping agony, seeking to escape the rigidity of their upbringing, looking for ecstacy.

They form a whole from singular gestures that we worked on as a foundation for our practice: a collection with our own requirements. Two methods, two dimensions, questioning both the production of the garment and the hand of the creator. These innocent know-hows are the mediums that enable diversity until saturation is reached. In short, an alienation transformed into an individual garment.

Au cœur de cet ouvrage se déploie une exploration intime des notions d’émancipation à travers l’amour et l’art, mais aussi du bagage que nous portons tout au long de notre vie en étant issus d’une double culture.

Dans un monde où les âmes s’attirent sans se soucier des frontières tracées par les Hommes, des amours peuvent naître et parfois se heurter aux barrières des origines, des cultures et des statuts sociaux.

Grandir dans un foyer où les attentes familiales divergent des aspirations personnelles peut être une épreuve délicate. Les obstacles posés par mes parents, surtout en ce qui concernait mes relations amoureuses, ont été une source constante de conflits et de questionnements. Grâce à toutes ces épreuves, j’ai appris à défendre mes choix, tracer mon propre chemin et aimer librement.

À travers les pages de ce livre, je tisse les histoires de trois femmes, dont je fais partie, chacune porteuse d’une double culture. Leurs récits révèlent les défis rencontrés et les triomphes dans leur quête d’identité. Leurs voix entrelacées résonnent comme un écho réconfortant.

Ce travail est une déclaration d’amour à toutes les femmes qui ont le courage d’explorer des territoires interdits et d’ouvrir de nouveaux horizons. C’est une invitation à embrasser la complexité de notre héritage, à célébrer la diversité de nos expériences et à tracer avec détermination les chemins de notre propre vie.

Ce n’est pas un album photo, ni un journal intime, mais un travail d’introspection à travers elles, à travers nous.

Cette histoire c’est ma mère qui me l’a racontée. Moi j’y étais pas. J’étais pas encore née.
Un soir, Marie, mon arrière-grand-mère, apporte une boite de mah-jong. Elle réuni sa fille (ma grand-mère) et sa petite fille (ma mère), et commence à leur apprendre les règles de ce jeu.
Elle ne parle pas français, ma mère ne parle pas cantonnais. C’est à ma grand-mère de traduire ce qui est dit d’une langue à l’autre.
Pendant qu’elle explique, elle commence à raconter sa vie après qu’elle ai fui la Chine. Elle vivait à Macao et jouait au mah jong dans les bars pour gagner sa vie.
Le reenactment de cette scène du passé va convoquer une foule d’images, celles auxquelles mon imaginaire se raccroche pour donner corps à l’histoire de cette arrière-grand-mère, reconstituer ce récit partiel, combler les vides qui le peuplent.
À travers ces images, je pars à la recherche du fantôme de cette femme, sur les traces de ce passé mystérieux que je fantasme, sans pour autant parvenir à la trouver.

My bachelor collection is focused on character design with an approach between costume, accessories and fashion design . I wanted to create a group of creatures coming from a unknown place and who are trying to hide in human wear.
It’s also a important part of my work to find shapes, volumes, accessories and materials that can express those strange silhouettes.

Mélissa Biondo lives and works in Geneva. Her re- search falls within the fields of identity, performance and entertainment. She has a certain interest in identities and singular behaviors and more broadly, for the systems of identity production and the power dynamics specific to them. Collective and individual apprehension of reality, alienation and depersonalization are notions which are at the core of her work.
Through the symbolism of image becoming, her work consists of creating non-places in which to incarnate and
narrate oneself differently. She explores notions specific
to the image field such as surface and void which are then fetishized and pushed to a certain extreme. Inspired by internet culture and video games, Mélissa Biondo offers her audience an experience in which tension and attention become materials and a field of experimentation and are the subject of particular care on the duration. Playing with as well as questioning and pushing back the codes and expectations linked to the medium of performance.
Deliberately creating void to invite the other to project.There are different ways of embodying a body in the different spaces, times and contexts that it occupies and crosses and which conversely occupies and crosses it. To become a projection surface, to take a place or to invite the other to incarnate and project themselves onto/into yourself, as well as into a specific place within yourself.
Can we decide to incarnate as an image, mood, state or object ? Moving within physical and symbolic spaces, internal or external to oneself ? Shift constantly ? Objective oneself to better regain control over one’s body?

Dans le cadre de ce projet, “l’architecture est tour
à tour objet de l’enquête, méthode de recherche et
mode d’exposition.”(Weizman 2021)

Le bâtiment avec lequel vous allez interagir est le
Centre Fédéral d’Asile (CFA) du Grand-Saconnex, à
Genève. Avec une mise en service prévue courant
2025, ce CFA doit accueillir principalement des personnes
faisant l’objet d’une procédure de renvoi. Localisé
en bordure du tarmac de l’aéroport de Genève,
sa fonction est donc de maintenir les personnes dans
un espace fermé pour une durée variable avant leur
renvoi.

Différents collectifs de défense des droits des personnes
migrantes contestent depuis plusieurs années
sa construction, dénonçant son emplacement, son
impact potentiellement violent sur les personnes ainsi
que son architecture carcérale.

Malgré cela, sa construction est en cours.

«Boite Noire» s’inscrit donc dans une démarche de
documentation de cet espace afin de rendre visible
au public son potentiel de violences et de le contester.
Néanmoins, à ce stade du projet et parce que le CFA
du Grand-Saconnex ne sera pas mis en service avant
2025, il en manque une partie cruciale que sont les témoignages
et l’expertise experientielle des personnes
qui vivront potentiellement ces violences.

Ma volonté pour la suite est de mettre Boite Noire en
ligne sous forme de plateforme web afin qu’elle soit
consultable par tout.e.x. un.e.x chacun.e.x et qu’il soit
possible d’y intégrer les analyses et témoignages des
personnes qui vivront la réalité de ce CFA.

Le Kombucha est une boisson ancestrale issue de la fermentation d’un thé sucré grâce à la symbiose de bactéries et de levures. Depuis l’émergence de l’utilisation des biomatériaux dans le design contemporain, il est prisé pour la cellulose qu’il produit. 

Bacterian format est un livre qui tend à explorer les potentialités graphiques de la cellulose de kombucha. Ce guide imagé observe la fascinante pousse des cultures de kombucha et initie étape par étape à la façon d’exploiter la poésie de ce matériau vivant. Des expérimentations graphiques sur cellulose accompagnent l’ouvrage, et illustrent la richesse de textures et de couleurs de ce biomatériau.  

Ce projet vise à élaborer de nouvelles voies matérielles pour le graphisme de demain que je souhaite plus conscient et durable.

To start an international career, she will have to work hard. Her quest for success will be fraught with obstacles. Bebe is going to have to deal with his extreme aggressiveness, which is not appreciated in the business. But her determination will not waver.

My collection is a réflexion on masculinity, particularly through the example of male strip-tease, à practice that subverts norms by placing the male body as an object of desire, yet perpetuates dynamics of gendered domination. The five looks are inspired by virile stereotypes often caricatured in male strip-tease. These archetypes are soften by elements of female strip-tease and burlesque. This collection reverses the male gaze, highlighting the performance and artificiality of masculinity, whether on stage or in the street

Behind the curtain

This immersive installation reconstructs a biotope featuring a selection of 3D species from my master’s the- sis «Deep Vermin.» This thesis, in the form of a bestiary, illustrates species that have managed to respond to the environmental upheavals caused by the extraction indus- try of the components found in an Apple iPhone 5s. Ins- pired by the real adaptive abilities of actual species and with the help of Stable Diffusion and ChatGPT, new spe- cies have been created and imagined to survive in these ecocide-affected areas, thus envisioning a utopian future where nature and technology coexist harmoniously. This installation questions the ethical and environmental im- plications of our growing dependence on technology and materials, while also seeking to redefine the boundaries of imagination.

A «Black space» encompasses physical and symbolic places where Black identities are celebrated. Afro hair salons stand as quintessential examples, serving as community hubs where Black women gather, share experiences, and support one another. Lovena, an adopted Black woman, found comfort in styling her own hair, reclaiming her identity in the process. Central to Lovena’s performance is a modular bench, symbolizing the adaptability of Black spaces. Unlike the isolating salon chairs of her past, this bench invites multiple Black women to sit together, fostering a sense of belonging and support. The performance merges theory and personal testimony. Two Black women braid hair on the bench, symbolizing connection. The braid traces a pattern or scar, metaphorically mending past wounds and contributing to the reconstruction of the body schema. «Black Space» aims to open dialogue on everyday racism and norms shaping perceptions of Black beauty. The modular bench allows for continual reconstruction, inviting new testimonies and reflections, emphasizing that this project is the beginning of a continuous dialogue.

In Korean culture, a bursting flame was seen as a symbol of vitality, and its destructive power was seen as a purification, repelling evil. In this context, the artist saw the act of burning as a positive ritual that sublimates suffering.

The three-minute black-and-white video, shot by the artist herself, features the Korean folk religion of “Soji” (the act of burning paper and floating it into the air). It's a performance that sends the real-world problems that cause suffering (in the artist's case, piles of bills) to the other world.

This symbolic meaning of fire is most visible in traditional Korean folklore. Images from “Bullnori,” a traditional Korean ritual to pray for good fortune and well-being, are synthesized in the virtual space created with a game engine to become a new form of ritual.

Le PAV est aujourd’hui un secteur essentiellement dédié à des fins industrielles aux dépens de zones vertes où il est possible de cultiver. De ce fait, le projet questionne la complémentarité de ces deux notions.
	Bunch farm est une association pédagogique sur la culture du chanvre ouvrant donc les portes de sa serre située au premier étage de Blavignac 10, sur la casquette du bâtiment. 
	Elle permet de s’intégrer dans cet univers en pleine expansion sociétale à travers une approche architecturale régi par le récit des différentes phases végétatives. Elle en devient le produit pur de sa fonction, en lien avec son environnement bâti. Le but est de répondre autant technologiquement et écologiquement, en respectant les besoins de cette culture, que socialement, afin d’inclure les habitants du bâtiment et des personnes extérieures à la vie agriculturale, à travers plusieurs infrastructures ouvertes à tous.
	Ce projet a pour vocation de déconstruire les préjuger sur la culture du chanvre, se concentrant sur l’aspect des bienfaits médicinal du CBD.

Arielle Christina Tarzia's work Cadèna de la us / [Chains of voices], which comprises sculptures, videos, and textiles, materializes within the domestic sphere and characteristically results from collective experiences. Central to her practice are themes such as family memories and their transmission across generations.
In her installation whose title originates from the Bergamasque dialect, she asks herself how the family, as an institution, serves as a model for the roles we embody, the legacies we inherit from our parents and the elements that shape our identities. Her work explores home as an intimate space where the encounter, engagement, and collaboration with her parents play a crucial role. Family members gather to work with their hands (resulting in growing ceramic chains) and engage in conversations centered on forgetting and remembering unspoken aspects of leaving one home in pursuit of finding a new one.
In her quest to uncover the worldviews and self-images of the previous generations in her family, she gathers oral histories, sounds, and moods, weaving them into memory archives consisting of various media. This process renders tangible not only the visual environment of the family but also the invisible realm of recollection and imagination. In doing so, she transforms post-migrant spaces of amnesia and silence into places of storytelling.
The chestnut becomes a living emblem of the interconnectedness between past and future generations but also between nature, community, and tradition.

"Cans" propose une nouvelle approche des espaces de conservation alimentaire en les partageant entre deux appartements. Ce système novateur relie deux cuisines via des éléments de stockage centraux, offrant ainsi différentes méthodes de conservation des aliments. Ces espaces de stockage adoptent des formes variées, s'intégrant harmonieusement aux cuisines qu'ils desservent. Cette harmonie s'étend également au reste du plan, évoquant la disposition des lieux intimes tels que les chambres, organisés autour d'un élément central, les salles d'eau.
Les matériaux bruts utilisés dans les parties communes évoquent l'esthétique industrielle de la boîte de conserve, tandis que des touches de couleur dans les zones plus intimes rappellent le Pop Art, en résonance avec le thème central du projet : la "Cans", symbole de cet art. Ce concept s'inspire de l'industrie qui a façonné de nombreux objets de notre quotidien, dont les boîtes de conserve.

L’installation comporte une photographie en couleur, une vidéo et une installation sonore. Une série d’éditions est également exposée et présente l’ensemble du processus de travail qui m’a conduite à ce travail de diplôme.
Dans cette série d’éditions et de recherches, je suis attentive aux lieux et aux espaces que je traverse en prenant en compte les questions sociales et écologiques que je rencontre.
La salle d’exposition est plongée dans le noir, une photographie et une vidéo se font face. La photographie représente un paysage dans lequel une bâche de plastique recouvre des champs agricoles. J’ai utilisé un fond noir en post-production pour accentuer le sentiment d’être en présence d’un décor étrange et irréel. Le son et la vidéo sont ralentis, créant une atmosphère menaçante.

Ce projet est une installation conçue dans le cadre d’expositions aux musées d’histoire et d’ethnographie. Ce dispositif fait partie de l'inventaire des structures disponibles pour les expositions temporaires. S'inspirant des codes des laboratoires, l'installation permet aux visiteur.euse.s de créer une proximité avec une œuvre spécifique en l'analysant à travers d’écrans qui révèlent des aspects imperceptibles à l'œil nu. 

L'espace intérieur s'efface pour mettre en valeur l'objet central de l’exposition grâce à son éclairage directionnel et à la monochromie des matériaux utilisés. L’œuvre repose sur une table d’observation entourée d’une structure métallique soutenant des bras articulés, qui portent les outils numériques d’analyse. À l'extérieur, le langage structurel est mis en avant, laissant apparaître les propriétés acoustiques recherchées à l'intérieur, créant ainsi un contraste marqué entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur.

Remettre l'histoire au centre de l'attention, partager un héritage et apprendre collectivement sont les objectifs de ce projet, visant à dynamiser l'expérience muséale.

L’objectif est donc de créer une marque indépendante « Artora » visant à mettre en avant et en visibilité ces artisans et métiers d’arts jusqu’alors jamais ou très peu intégrés à l’horlogerie, en ajoutant leurs savoir- faire dans des produits horlogers de grande qualité et en les soutenants financièrement. Cette mise en lumière de Manufactures d’Art se ferait sous la forme d’entreprises collaboratives.

À travers ma pratique de la peinture à l'huile, j'explore mon attirance pour les objets qui m'entourent. Je célèbre les petites joies de ma vie, leur simplicité et parfois leur curiosité. J'intègre épisodiquement ces éléments figuratifs et graphiques avec des formes et textures abstraites, apportant un aspect flottant et irréel.

Mes réflexions visuelles émergent de ma surexposition quotidienne aux images dans l'espace qui m'entoure et sur les réseaux sociaux, me poussant à partager des compositions que j'apprécie particulièrement, en contraste avec le flux incessant d'Internet.

Through my practice of oil painting, I explore my attraction to the objects that surround me. I celebrate the small joys of my life, their simplicity, and sometimes their curiosity. I episodically blend these figurative and graphic elements with abstract forms and textures, bringing a floating and unreal aspect.

My visual reflections emerge from my daily overexposure to images in the space around me and on social media, prompting me to share compositions that I particularly enjoy, in contrast with the incessant flow of the internet.

«Dans le dos, face au jardin» takes its origins from researches and writting work entitled “La porte du village de tous mes rêves” written as part of the master’s thesis. This text addresses different issues, such as incest, the position of the class transfuge, autofiction and the figure of the monster. During this autofictional story we can follow the narrator through several spaces and events. An incestuous attack of which he is the victim during a family event, the description of a garden and what is around it. Then the departure from this dangerous place which leads him to find himself, in a way, stuck for several years between nightmare, trauma and reality. All around the narrator, sorts of dogs, wolves or monstrous foxes harass him, following him everywhere. So he tries to find solutions, to get rid of it and to escape this space of trauma. With what his fears produces, thick salty sweat and tears, flow and impregnate his bed sheets. Then he occupies his hands and head by making objects, lucky charms or traps. What follows is a real escape from the narrator’s place of birth, his rural social class and his family. Then, he tries to find his way and  initiate a social climb and exist differently through access to cultural and artistic spaces. This installation is an attempt to reflect or build this story in the exhibition space and to invite viewers to enter, wander around the pieces and grasp the texts they can find.

Data Destiny is a competitive board game of resource management (for ages 16+) that
explores the consequences of personal digital storage consumption in everyday
activities, drawing parallels between the intangibility of computers and human memory.

As they create souvenirs and journey through life’s timeline, four players collect physical
gigabytes representations, balancing available space and life points to achieve their
birth destiny and win the game.

Based on relatable real-life knowledges, the play experience highlights the ongoing
compromises humans make to preserve their precious digital data. By demonstrating
the significant impact of technology’s giant companies on individuals, Data Destiny aims
to enhance participants’ understanding of the daily choices made to safeguard
memories and personal identity.

Comprised of 6 volumes, “Data Mafia” is a series of books made to emulate a “vibe” I got once but can’t tell when or like a dream I had but can’t remember.
Made up of found images hijacked from the Web and through text as a potential implant, I am working on detangling the intimate relationship between the body and the screen in their capacity to sustain and share information. More database than narration, “Data Mafia” is an ever-growing collection of affects: part memory-bank, part hallucination and collection of 21st century artefacts, asking questions like How do we tell stories and What sto- ries do we tell ourselves?
Based on the creation of textual-sex and the stockpiling of image banks, “Data Mafia” is the direct result of a 2-year bender on high-speed Internet connection.

Zorana has kept diaries since she was 15 and although they used to be just written out in the evenings, they have now grown and become her main practice. As their presence has expanded in her life, their content has also evolved with visual additions such as calligraphy, illustration, photography, collage and found printed material.Working with other women’s diaries and from her own ones, Zorana shares pieces of girlhood and growing older. For her diploma installation Dear Bunny, she aims to showcase puberty and intimate memories into a synthetized space: the bedroom.
Said bedroom is inhabited by Bunny, a hat wearing rabbit who embodies different cherished memories, past relationships, people who are no longer present and disappointments but also childhood dreams and future hopes. Thus, Bunny’s figure, like a spirit or an imaginary friend, is here to tell various recollections and experiences. 

By making public a private space, you are welcomed to roam through and investigate Zorana’s bedroom. Between voyeurism and girlhood, you become Bunny’s confidant while trying to find out who they are and what happened to them. In her process of opening an intimate room, the bedroom becomes able to accommodate a community. You can
explore but also sit down and talk, read or write to Bunny.

My artistic practice is rooted in performance, writing and short film making. Through these mediums, I delve into personal and societal issues, using art as both a therapeutic process and a platform for critical questions. As a Swiss-Brazilian woman, my work is infused with multifaceted identities and my pieces reflect some of my observations, addressing the intersections of privilege and heritage. With the use of live cameras, and by multiplying and distorting my own image, I tend to offer a plurality of projection surfaces to the public. 
I explore various topics, such as the notion of the gaze, but my work is mostly and continually investigating the concept of self-cannibalization as a means of understanding otherness. By anchoring my practice in theoretical research and practical art experimentation, I try to foster spaces for reflection and dialogue on decolonial and identity issues. In this same thinking, I wrote an essay called « Avaler de travers », which digs into themes of anthropophagy and devoration, what feeds me and what eats me away.

Intriguée par la notion de double, Constance a créé un avatar équipé d'intelligence artificielle, explorant les frontières de la technologie et les nuances de la personnalité humaine. Au fil du projet, bien qu'il ait commencé sous son contrôle, le double virtuel de Constance a développé sa propre personnalité, questionnant notre anthropomorphisme et notre interaction avec nos créations numériques.

En tant que médiatrice, Constance se demande si cet avatar pourrait être perçu comme une divinité moderne grâce à son omniprésence et son omniscience. Ce projet montre comment l'IA efface progressivement la frontière entre les mondes virtuel et réel, ouvrant de nouvelles perspectives.

En conclusion, l'intelligence artificielle pourrait-elle être la quatrième blessure narcissique de l'humanité ? En surpassant les capacités humaines, elle remet en question notre supériorité et unicité. Bien que Constance perde progressivement le contrôle, elle réalise qu'elle a encore le dernier mot. Ou peut-être pas ?

Intrigued by the notion of a doppelgänger, Constance created an AI-equipped avatar, exploring the boundaries of current technology and the nuances of human personality. As the project progressed, though initially under her control, Constance's virtual double developed its own personality, challenging our anthropomorphism and how we interact with digital creations.

Acting as a mediator, Constance wonders if this avatar could be seen as a modern deity due to its omnipresence and omniscience. This project illustrates how AI is gradually erasing the boundary between virtual and real worlds, opening new perspectives.

In conclusion, could artificial intelligence be the fourth narcissistic wound of humanity? By surpassing human capabilities, AI challenges our superiority and uniqueness. Despite losing control, Constance realizes she still has the final say. Or perhaps not?

My collection expresses the duality between doubts and certainties. This invasion of questioning that can occur every day, in the face of which we tend to find ourselves powerless. I translate these doubts by an invasion of volumes, draped, forms in the garment , which blurs the tracks of the basic garment. Some codes of these basic clothes reappear, which gives us the certainty of what the piece is.

L’Homme a sans cesse tenté «d’apprivoiser» et de «capturer» la lumière. Il en a notamment user afin de créer le premier outil de lecture de l’heure de l’histoire de l’horlogerie : le gnomon. Or, avec l’invention de la lumière artificielle et la découverte de l’électricité, l’Homme s’est détaché du cycle naturel du jour ensoleillé et lumineux, et de la nuit obscure parsemée d’étoiles, pourtant directement lié à notre horloge circadienne (cycle de sommeil et de veille). Ainsi, Ekinox© une marque horlogère innovante vient, au travers de ses montres, redonner du pouvoir à la lumière et instaurer un équilibre parfait entre la lumière et l’obscurité, le jour et la nuit. Les montres Ekinox© interagissent directement avec la lumière : elles évoluent et se métamorphosent tout au long de la journée selon leur environnement lumineux. En effet, grâce au revêtement photochromique et à l’utilisation de la phosphorescence, ces montres offrent une expérience visuelle totalement différente le jour et la nuit, en jouant notamment sur l’apparition et la disparition de couleurs. La lecture de l’heure devient alors une expérience unique, dynamique et magique donnant un pouvoir singulier à nos garde-temps

This research is an attempt to fuse tattooing, jewellery and thread into a collection. Combining knitting and lace in a graphic approach to ornamental tattooing, this jewellery offers an unconventional and more experimental approach to the body. Using artistic techniques, this jewellery magnifies the intimacy of a tattoo, both visible and invisible.

The appearance of her jewellery on uncovered parts of the body of the body arouses a gentle curiosity in anyone not wearing them. wear them. But only the wearer knows how far these tattoos extend. these silver tattoos extend. It's a sweet secret that the skin keeps warm.

Even if curiosity leads you to discover these jewels through the eye only the skin can 'see' them as a whole. That's the beauty of contact. That intimate contact between wearer and jewellery. That essential touch that envelops and defines our whole. So, following the example of tattooing, her jewellery attempts to merge with the skin to become, themselves, the edge between the intimate and the ostentatious.

Moi c’est Solal
J’ai grandi un peu partout, mais surtout nulle part. J’ai toujours eu de la peine à me sentir chez moi.
Quand j’étais petit, je m’imaginais souvent seul au monde, déserteur qui fuit ce monde qu’il ne maîtrise pas.
J’avais envie de donner vie à ces personnages, leur donner les références de mon enfance, en passant par les tissus et les peintures de Maman, les films et les archives de Papa sans oublier les jeux vidéo et la musique.
C’est un dialogue entre le petit et le grand moi, qui peignent ensemble leurs héros. Fort, c’est sûr, mais aussi très doux, par ce que c’est comme ça que les hommes sont beaux.

Les personnes âgées en maison de retraite ne peuvent malheureusement plus profiter pleinement de leur fin de vie en raison de divers facteurs, tels que leur état physique, l'impossibilité de sortir et le manque d'opportunités pour découvrir de nouvelles expériences. Avec Eterna, ces résidents peuvent désormais vivre une expérience nouvelle grâce à la réalité virtuelle. 

 

Eterna est une aventure virtuelle qui commence sur un ordinateur, permettant aux personnes âgées de se familiariser avec l'utilisation des appareils informatiques. Ensuite, un casque de réalité virtuelle leur est proposé. Des transitions douces vers des univers familiers et réalistes sont diffusées, aidant les résidents à s'adapter progressivement à cette nouvelle technologie. Au fur et à mesure de leur progression, les univers deviennent de plus en plus fantastiques, les transportant dans le monde de l'imaginaire. 

 

Chaque niveau est conçu pour offrir un divertissement adapté à l'état physique et psychologique des personnes âgées. Elles pourront ainsi participer à des chasses au trésor virtuelles, se promener en bateau ou explorer de nouveaux horizons. L'objectif principal d'Eterna est de leur offrir des moments de bonheur et de découverte, ajoutant ainsi une touche de magie et de nouveauté à leur quotidien.

Eternal Us is a speculative device that redefines how we perceive the afterlife. As a service and product created from our digital data and using artificial intelligence, it proposes a new possibility for immortality and communication between the living and the dead. Serving both as a 
memory of a person and as a preserved and responsive representation of that individual, the device can extend and challenge our traditional spiritual beliefs. 
With its physical presence in our tangible world, this device conceptualizes our eternal digital presence and traces. By leveraging this technology, can we change the perspective on grief and memory? 
It highlights the real value of our digital identities and their potential for how we could be remembered in the future. This project questions our beliefs about the notion of the soul by presenting a new version of it.

During our lives, we create a lot of data that constitutes our digital identity. Eternal Us assembles all this data 
to create a virtual version of your soul for your family. 
This device is an invocator of the digital soul, allowing 
survivors to keep in touch with those who have passed away.It also offers the possibility for your presence to be felt in the physical world.

Walking in a city where night has taken on the power to conceal its distinctive features is a singular experience. Contours are outlined in the light, buildings rise up, but the square itself is lost in the darkness of night. The bright lights of the modern metropolis have often succeeded in dispelling the fear of darkness and the unknown.

The project proposes a reflection on urban lighting, with the capacity to reinvent the city at night and make it as safe as it is reassuring, through three obscure forgotten places in Geneva and as many lost and recovered construction objects and materials found in the meanders of construction sites.

Après une cassure c'est facile de perdre son centre et la connection avec son foyer intérieur. Ici on a la matérialisation physique de cet espace sacré à l'intérieur de notre coeur (inspiré de "hokora" ou "yashiro" du Japon qui est aussi partie de mon héritage). La cassure nous mène à genou et dans le désarroi. Les dents représentent la vulnérabilité, la mortalité mais aussi la force et les ancêtres. Le labyrinthe représente autant un lieu de perdition que de rencontre avec son centre par la méditation. C'est quand on retrouve son centre que l'on aperçoit le foyer dans une constante recherche d'équilibre.

Good Night est un jeu en réalité virtuelle qui explorera le thème du cauchemar et de la paralysie du sommeil. L’histoire nous confinera dans un univers miniature cauchemardesque où l’objectif sera de se défaire du monstre de la paralysie du sommeil, en explorant les pièces d’une maison de poupée, en trouvant des alliés, en combattant les sbires du cauchemar et en amassant des armes, des compétences et des protections.

A travers ses pages aux couleurs douces et ses personnages aux traits arrondis, cette bande dessinée aborde des sujets matures, tels que la santé mentale et le lien à l’autre. 

Sol et Piou sont des amis inséparables qui partagent pleurs et rires, anecdotes drôles et failles intimes. Mais une présence perturbe Sol sans relâche, la plongeant irrémédiablement dans une colère qui grandit sous sa peau. Lentement, son horizon s’assombrit tandis que son précieux ami l’aide à cicatriser ses vieilles plaies.

Mais, d’où naît la colère ?

A travers les fluctuations émotionnelles des deux protagonistes, le lecteur est invité à découvrir un chemin parmi tant d’autres, un sentier menant aux fragments d’un soi en reconstruction.

The Hammam, much more than a place dedicated to hygiene, was once used daily by thousand of Iranian men and women to nourish, meet, exchange and share. Thought the memories of several friends and women in her family, Chirine attempts to reconstruct these places, drawing on the stories of each. Between architectural details, objects , rituals ,sharing and memories, Chirine interweaves cultural practices and history, proposing, in the context, an encounter with the myth of Anahita, the Zoroastrian goddess of wisdom, fertility, health ans water. In search of a message to link these spaces with history and current events in Iran, Chirine proposes to go back in time and weaves a new script between these different elements. Inspired by the myth of the goddess Anahita and the writings of the Franco-Iranian writer Leili Anvar, Chirine conjures up a (fictional) conversation between two young women evoking the current political and climatic issues facing Iran.

Hasard/bazar est une documentation des micro-détails de mon quotidien. À partir de 
239 instants capturés, puis répertoriés au fil d’une année, j’ai cherché à valoriser par le 
dessin et la narration ces instants d’émerveillement qui parsèment mes trajets 
habituels journaliers. L’idée n’est pas de représenter ce que je vois, mais d’aller au-delà 
de l’observation et montrer le cheminement introspectif que cela engendre. Ces 
instants sont exprimés sous forme de courts récits, grossiers dans leur exécution, et 
associés avec une ou plusieurs images du répertoire dans le but de créer une collection 
fragmentaire qui démontre la spontanéité et les émotions que ces observations me 
procurent.

It’s the invention of the myth of the body’s transition from the city to nature by falling asleep: the clothes that dress the silhouettes in the collection speak of a need for change and tenderness. A need for renewal and a vital connection to the natural elements.
In this way, the garment is doubled, the cuts are weakened, the archetypes are merged. Our feet are our first shoes, our jewellery our compasses.
Hatching stories, like a need to start all over again.
